    Yes, classes are full of people of all experience levels - including total beginners.

  • How many other people will there be in the classes?

    You can most likely expect 15-30, give or take a few depending on the day / time. We have trainers standing by ready to help you.

  • Will these kickboxing classes help me tone up?

    Definitely. Our entire program was handcrafted to help you get lean & toned. Literally every thing you do here helps you achieve this goal.

  • What kind of shape should I be in before getting started?

    Whatever shape you're in right now is just fine. If you're not in shape, we'll help you get there. And if you're already in shape, we'll help you get in even better shape.

  • How many sessions per week should I come to?

    We advise 2-3 times for maximum results, but it's really up to you. The program doesn't work if you don't, so do your best to make it.

  • Will you help me with my nutritional habits?

    Absolutely. Nutrition is KEY to seeing great success, and we'll pass along the powerful knowledge we've gained through our many years of experience. After signing up you'll get a meal plan. Our goal is to help your nutrition by naturally improving your diet - NOT forcing foods on you that you don't like or starving yourself.
